Tech Spindle is a product of Deal Cart LLC ("Deal Cart", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tech Spindle aggregates and AI-ranks public technology news, and offers tools to summarize and draft posts referencing those articles. We link to original sources; we do not own third-party article content.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be at least 13 years old (16 in some regions).

3. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• You are responsible for any content you generate with the writing tools and how you publish it.
• AI-generated drafts may contain errors — review before publishing.

4. AI-generated content

Summaries and drafts are produced by third-party AI models and provided "as is". You own the drafts you create and edit; you are responsible for verifying accuracy and for compliance with the policies of any platform you publish to.

5. Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
